Umpquahc collects information needed to run the marketplace: email for sign-in, kitchen profiles and menus you create, and order details (name, contact, fulfillment notes, payment metadata via Stripe).

How we use data. To authenticate users, display storefronts, process orders, send transactional email, collect our platform fee, and improve the service.

Processors. We use trusted vendors such as Stripe (payments), email providers (e.g. Resend), and hosting (e.g. DigitalOcean). Their privacy policies apply to data they process.

Sharing. Order details are shared with the relevant Cook so they can fulfill. We do not sell personal information.

Retention. We keep account and order records as needed for operations, legal, and accounting purposes.

Your choices. Contact us to request access or deletion where required by law. Some records may be retained when legally necessary.
